Hi, I’m Charlotte from breathe with charbella
I’m an Certified breathwork and Sound Healing practitioner passionate about sharing the power of the
bath and sound healing.
I’m 39, child-free and live in Great Bowden which I absolutely love!
My favourite ways to spend time are a long walk in nature, reading a book or drinking tea.
I’m also very partial to a travel adventure!
I love to create a safe space to take some time just for you, guiding you through some beautiful breathing techniques to release any stress, anxiety and overwhelm that no longer needs to be in your body.
I myself have worked through difficult
emotional times and found mediation so
effective at finding myself again…
Which then led me to learn about breathwork
I find breathwork to be even more powerful
effective as it provides faster results, engages ages the body actively, and is easier for busy minds that tend to overthink. It promotes deeper emotional release, directly impacts the nervous system, and offers many
beautiful benefits like relaxation, energy, or healing (depending on the style of breathwork) making it a dynamic alternative to traditional meditation.
I recently gained my qualification in sound
healing and using sound along with the breath has been magic!

I was very much your typical Brit and was very sceptical about the whole thing but a friend of mine had been telling me to try it for a long time but I wasn’t to sure if I would feel comfortable doing it with a stranger though fear of feeling silly, so … Charlotte has a gift for creating a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel fully relaxed and present from the very beginning. Her guidance was very clear and deeply insightful … I really have felt the difference in myself…

Hi Charlotte, I just wanted to say thanks so much for the wonderful breathwork classes I’ve attended recently.
I hadn’t realised how much stress I was carrying in my body until I did the classes and it felt like my brain completely switched off and I just focused purely on my breathing!
Everything was explained brilliantly and is said in such a soothing way that you are really able to switch off.

Before I arrived I was stressed from rushing around.
We did some light movements to get us relaxed and then a series of three breathing techniques whilst lying down with cushions and blankets.
It was so relaxing. After the session I couldn’t stop smiling and I had the best sleep I’ve had in months.

In terms of the breath-work itself, I am very new to it and it is game-changing for me.
As an asthmatic I breathe very much from my chest and quickly. But with these classes I’m learning to breathe more deeply into my abdomen and slow down my breathing which helps me with my asthma management and
